Uneekor Swing Optix Cameras give you a comprehensive view of your golf swing. Two high speed cameras work together, one face-on and one down-the-line, to capture every swing from address to follow-through so you can see what is really happening instead of guessing what it feels like.

Every swing replays instantly and plays back synced with your shot data in Uneekor's VIEW software, which makes it easy to review key positions, spot tendencies and confirm the changes you are working on. Uneekor includes a 1 year AI Trainer subscription with Swing Optix, turning your video and launch monitor data into focused feedback for every session.

Swing Optix needs a Windows PC. Uneekor states the recommended PC specification is mandatory for data intensive products like AI Trainer.

High speed cameras can pick up flicker from some projectors and room lights, so Uneekor gives this guidance for a Swing Optix room:

  • Uneekor recommends an LED or laser projector to prevent flickering in Swing Optix.
  • Bulb requirements: light appearance 2700K to 3000K, projector lumens 750 to 1000.
  • Use flicker free bulbs if possible.

All returns and exchanges for Uneekor products must be processed directly through Garage Golf and approved by Garage Golf before anything is sent back. Please do not contact Uneekor directly, as this may delay your return.

Return Window

New Uneekor accessories, including the Swing Optix Cameras, may be returned within 15 days after receipt. If a return is not requested within that window, the product is considered accepted.

Software

Paid software, software licenses and software subscriptions are non-refundable.

Condition Requirements

Unless Uneekor approves otherwise, returned items must be unused, in like new condition, and include:

  • Original packaging
  • All original accessories and components
  • All manuals and documentation

A return that arrives damaged, incomplete or showing signs of misuse may be refused or charged an additional restocking fee at Uneekor's discretion.

Restocking Fee and Shipping

Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee from Uneekor. Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Uneekor product arrives damaged or defective, contact Garage Golf at contact@mygaragegolf.com within 48 hours of delivery. Damage claims made after that may not qualify for a refund or replacement. We will report it to Uneekor right away and let you know the next steps.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email contact@mygaragegolf.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will confirm with Uneekor that the item qualifies, then send you return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship it back using the instructions provided.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after Uneekor receives and inspects the returned item. Once Garage Golf has been refunded for the purchase, we will in turn refund you to your original payment method.

Warranty

This product is covered by Uneekor's 1 year warranty. For any warranty claim, contact Garage Golf at contact@mygaragegolf.com and we will help you through the process.

Camera Placement

Where Uneekor Recommends Setting Up the Cameras

Uneekor's layout places one camera about 6 feet from the hitting area with the telephoto lens and the other about 5 feet away with the fisheye lens, which gives you the down-the-line and face-on views of every swing.

Set both cameras at about hip height and make sure your whole body and club stay in frame. The 15 ft and 21 ft USB 3.0 cables already have a repeater built in and cannot be extended, so plan your camera spots around their length.     Build the Camera Mounts

    Fasten each camera base to its bracket with four screws through the bracket.

    Mount the Cameras

    Mount each camera on its tripod stand, turned 90 degrees to the left as shown in Uneekor's Setup Guide. Tripods are not included.

  3. Uneekor Swing Optix cameras with their USB 3.0 cables

    Connect and Check the Light

    Plug each camera's USB 3.0 cable into a USB 3.0 port on your PC, marked SS or colored blue, red or orange. A blue light next to Power means the camera is connected. If it is red, check the USB connection or try a different USB port.
