Golf Tech

Golf tech covers the devices and gadgets that make the game of golf better, whether you are on the course, at the range, or at home. Some devices measure your distances or swing data, some assist with practice tips and tools, and some just make the time spent more enjoyable.

If you are choosing a distance device, there are two kinds and they answer different questions. A laser rangefinder points at a target and measures the exact distance to it, which makes it the more precise of the two and the one that rewards a steady hand. A GPS watch or handheld knows where you are on the hole and gives you distances to the front, middle and back of the green without aiming at anything, so it is faster and it works when the green is blind or the pin is out of view. Some golfers prefer one device over the other and some choose to use both and apply each where their features are strongest.

If you are not sure what suits your game, our team is happy to talk it through before you buy.
