30 Day Return Policy
- If a customer needs to return an item, they are able to do so within 30-days for most items.
- Customer will be responsible for a 3% Merchant processing fee to Garage Golf upon cancellation/return process being finalized.
- Custom Order Items through manufacturers/vendors are not available for refund.
- Customer will be responsible for Return Shipping & Restocking Fee will be assessed and deducted from refund.
*All returns are subject up to a 15% - 25% restocking fee depending on the vendor's return policy for item(s) ordered. Products eligible for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. If a product exhibits visible signs of wear and use or is missing items, to the extent that the vendor will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and a 40% restocking fee will be applied.*
How Do I Make A Return?
Please email us at roland@mygaragegolf.com and notify us of your intent to return the item(s). We will assist you in arranging the return along with further instructions on what steps need to be taken to finalize your return request.
Cancellations
After an item is ordered and payment is collected, the consumer will be responsible for a 3% merchant processing fee should they decide to cancel their order. In addition, even if an item has not shipped from the manufacturer the customer may be responsible for a restocking fee up of 15% - 25% based upon the manufacturer's return/cancellation policy.
Receipt of Products & Damages
An adult must be present upon delivery of products to inspect and sign for goods received. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. A claim will be filed with the carrier, who will pick up and return the package, which must remain in its original box with original packaging. Once the carrier picks up the damaged product, we will work with our suppliers to have a replacement shipped to you.
Claims
- Parcel Claims: 14 Day Window to contact us that the package was received damaged or missing.
- Freight Claims: Please contact us within 24 hours of your freight delivery if there is visible damage. Freight Claims must be submitted with the freight carrier within 24 hours of Delivery in most cases through our manufacturers or vendors.
Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect is found, we will assist you with repairing or replacing it for you at no extra charge. If repair or replacement in not available, we will assist you and initiate the process of contacting the manufacturer for a full refund.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
We encourage all our customers to inspect their items upon delivery to ensure they have received the correct products as ordered. If you receive an incorrect or incomplete item, please contact us within 30 days to file a claim. After this period, you forfeit the ability to have the order corrected. Manufacturer Direct or Reseller Items
Items shipped directly from the manufacturer or vendor are subject to a 15% -25% restocking fee. Return policies vary by manufacturer.
Custom Order Items
No refunds or returns will be allowed on custom order items once payment has been made to the vendor.
Manufacturer / Vendor Return Policies
BenQ: BenQ may accept items in like-new condition and original packaging within 30 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, including risk of loss.
Carl's Place: Returns on items in unused condition are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A 30% restocking fee might apply to large items that have been unpacked. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, including risk of loss.
HomeCourse Golf: Returns on items in like-new condition are at the discretion of HomeCourse Golf. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, including risk of loss.
ProTee: All Sales Final: No refunds are provided on the ProTee VX Launch Monitor.
The Indoor Golf Shop: Returns on items in like-new condition are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Any new, unopened, and unused product may qualify for return, subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, including risk of loss. No refunds on custom items or orders will be allowed once payment has been made.
TruGolf Return Policy - All TruGolf simulator sales are final and ineligible for returns - this supersedes the above listed policy.
Uneekor Return Policy - Uneekor return policy is the earlier of 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt and supersedes the above listed policy.
