This product is covered by a 2 year Shot Scope warranty. Warranty claims are handled by Shot Scope directly and not through Garage Golf, so if you have any questions about filing a warranty claim, please contact Shot Scope's own support team at support@shotscope.com. That same team is also the fastest first step if you have a problem with your product, because they resolve most issues directly and many questions are answered without a return being necessary.
If Shot Scope support cannot resolve the problem and you would like to return the product, contact us at contact@mygaragegolf.com and we will coordinate the return with Shot Scope on your behalf. Please do not ship anything back on your own. We will confirm the return with Shot Scope first and then send you the shipping instructions.
Shot Scope products may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery. The product must be in like new condition and undamaged, and must include all original packaging and accessories. The customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping costs are not refundable. Returns are subject to the terms of the Garage Golf return policy, including any applicable processing and restocking fees.
Once the returned product reaches us, Shot Scope arranges collection and issues either a replacement, which can ship directly to you, or a credit. That warranty covers a purchase made through Garage Golf exactly as it would a purchase made directly from Shot Scope.
