Indoor Use:

1. Mount the Unit Overhead: Position the GR2 in its overhead location above your hitting area using the magnetic‑suction mounting or your ceiling installation setup — this places it in the optimal front‑facing detection position for every swing.
2. Power On the Monitor: Connect the GR2 to power using the included adapter; once powered, the system will initialize and be ready for calibration.
3. Calibration Setup: Use the supplied calibration board to set reference points within your simulator bay — this helps define your hitting zone and ensures the cameras are aligned correctly.
4. Define Play Area: Within your connected software (such as GOLFJOY or simulator platforms), map your hitting zone and screen placement so the GR2 tracks shots relative to your actual tee and screen position.
5. Verify with a Practice Shot: Take a test swing to verify that the system reads your shot accurately — once confirmed, you’re ready to start full practice or simulation play.

Refund and Return Policy

In the event that you need to return a GOLFJOY Golf product, please read and understand GOLFJOY'S return policy below, then contact us at orders@mygaragegolf.com to begin the return process.

Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Upon approval, instructions on how to return your purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be emailed to the email address you provide. Please note this process may take 3 - 5 days.

All returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured for the full value. Risk of loss or damage to any returned item will be borne by you until the item to be returned is placed within GOLFJOY'S custody and controlled at GOLFJOY'S premises.

You must ensure that a printed copy of your RMA email from GOLFJOY'S returns department described above be included with each returned item.

GOLFJOY shall only process refunds for any returned item purchased if the following conditions are met.
A printed copy of the email containing your return instructions and RMA number is included in the box.

The returned item is in the same condition as it was delivered to you.

In order to receive a full refund for the item(s) you are returning, the item(s) must arrive back to GOLFJOY'S distribution center in Like New condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" would mean that the items you ordered and are returning must not show any visual signs of wear. If items are returned with visual signs of wear, or have minor issues due to use, they may still qualify for return, but with a 20% restocking fee. Items that are damaged, broken or are showing significant signs of wear will not be refunded.

The returned item is in its original packaging with all of it’s original contents including but not limited to all documentation, accessories, and packing materials.

Additionally, gifts or free products from GOLFJOY, should they have been included with the original purchase, must also be returned.

All refunds shall be made through the same method of payment as was the original purchase. After inspection of your returned items at GOLFJOY'S warehouse, your refund will be processed, less shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees, within within 5 business days. Please note, it may take your credit card company an additional few days to show the return on your statement.

Restocking Fees

Your refund will be assessed a 20% Restocking Fee for returns which are missing items, or for returns with damaged items, or for returns that arrive after the RMA has expired. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed for any returns that do not contain the required printed copy of the RMA email containing return instructions and valid RMA number from GOLFJOY'S returns department described above.
