This EIKI projector may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returned products must be unused and undamaged, and must include all original packaging, accessories, cables and documentation. EIKI does not accept used products for return.
Every return requires a Return Authorization (RA) number from EIKI, which our team will obtain for you, so please do not ship a return without one. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and cannot be accepted after 30 days. Projector lamps, mounts and mounting hardware are not returnable. Once a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are also subject to the terms of the Garage Golf return policy, including any applicable processing fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once EIKI has received and inspected the returned item.
If your projector arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we will report it to EIKI right away. Warranty coverage is provided by EIKI. To start a return, email our team at contact@mygaragegolf.com and we will arrange it with EIKI directly and walk you through the appropriate steps.
