At Garage Golf, we strive to provide a transparent and consistent return experience for all our customers, regardless of the product manufacturer or vendor. Please review the following policy, which applies to all products sold through our website:

• Return Eligibility: Most items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. However, certain custom or special-order items may not be returnable or refundable under any circumstances. Please verify eligibility prior to purchase.
  
• Return Process: Customers must notify Garage Golf immediately if they wish to initiate a return. We will assist in coordinating the return process and provide instructions. All returns require prior approval from the manufacturer or vendor, and returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
  
• Restocking and Credit Card Transaction Fees: All returns are subject to a restocking fee, the amount of which is determined by the manufacturer or vendor upon approval of the return request. Restocking fees typically range from 15% to 25%, but may vary depending on the product and condition. For items not in like-new condition, higher restocking fees (up to 40%) or outright refusal of return may apply.
  
  In addition, if a customer cancels an order after payment has been processed, for any reason, a credit card processing fee of up to 3.5% will be deducted from any refund amount. These processing fees are non-refundable and apply to all cancellations, including but not limited to, change of mind, duplicate orders, incorrect credit card used at checkout, incorrect product ordered, etc.
  
• Custom and Non-Returnable Items: Custom-built, personalized, or special-order products may not be eligible for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to, custom enclosures, mats, or software licenses. If you have questions about your product’s eligibility, please contact us prior to purchase.
  
• Return Approval: Garage Golf will facilitate communication with the manufacturer or vendor, but ultimate approval, denial, or terms of the return are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer/vendor. Garage Golf does not make final return decisions for any products.
  
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs, including risk of loss, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer or vendor.
  
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your items upon delivery. Report any damages or discrepancies to Garage Golf immediately so we can assist with a timely resolution.
