Carl’s Place products generally follow a 30 day return window on most items, as long as the item is new, unused, and in original condition. Returns must be approved before anything is sent back. Please contact Garage Golf first so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return steps.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns are inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned in a condition other than new and unused and is deemed suitable for discounted resale, a restocking fee may apply, including up to 30% in some cases.

Custom products may be non returnable, and some custom items may only be eligible for changes or cancellations within 24 hours of order placement.
