The Vanish Series 16H features additional height while maintaining the same width as the standard Vanish Series 16. The increased screen height provides improved projection ratios, allowing for a larger, more immersive image and enhanced visual quality, depending on your projector and simulator setup.

Yes. The Vanish Series Retractable Golf Enclosure can be mounted to either a wall or ceiling using the included Versatile Mounting Brackets. For proper screen performance and safe ball impact, allow 8–12 inches of clearance behind the impact screen. The Vanish Series is compatible with ceiling heights ranging from 108 to 144 inches (9–12 feet). If your ceiling falls outside this range, contact our team to discuss installation options.

For optimal performance, install the Vanish Series with 8–12 inches of clearance behind the impact screen and 6–8 inches of clearance between the side curtains and adjacent walls. This spacing allows the screen to flex correctly during impact while improving shot containment and protecting surrounding surfaces.

The motorized Vanish Series includes a power cord that can be installed on either side of the roller tube and plugs into a standard 110V household outlet. If electrical power is not available at your installation location, a manual hand crank option is also available for raising and lowering the enclosure.

If the impact screen appears uneven, fully retract the enclosure and gently pull down on the higher side of the rolled screen until both sides are level. This simple adjustment typically restores proper alignment.

Yes. The Vanish Series Retractable Golf Enclosure can be installed in rooms with sloped or vaulted ceilings using the included Versatile Mounting Brackets. The mounting brackets require level attachment points, which may require additional framing or drop mounts depending on your ceiling design. The ideal hitting distance depends on your launch monitor, projector, and simulator configuration. In most home golf simulator setups, golfers stand approximately 8 to 12 feet from the impact screen. Always follow the recommended hitting distance for your specific launch monitor to ensure accurate shot data and a safe playing environment.

The Vanish Series Retractable Golf Enclosure is designed with integrated front baffles and track-mounted side curtains that create excellent shot containment. These components work together to help prevent golf balls from escaping around the sides of the impact screen, providing a safer and more immersive indoor golf simulator experience.

The blackout screen, also known as the rear impact support membrane, is designed to enhance the performance and longevity of your golf simulator enclosure. Positioned behind the impact screen, it serves several important functions:

• Helps reduce wear and extend the life of the impact screen
• Improves projected image quality by creating a darker background
• Minimizes golf ball bounce-back for a safer practice experience
• Protects enclosure seams and helps prevent golf balls from passing behind the impact screen

Because the blackout screen absorbs a portion of each golf ball's impact, it is normal for it to wear more quickly than the impact screen. This is intentional and helps preserve the life of the primary impact screen over time.
