A 15% restocking fee from BenQ may apply if the item has been opened. Purchases made via credit card may also be subject to a credit card transaction fee of up to 5% of the product purchase amount.
All returns and exchanges for BenQ products must be processed directly through Garage Golf. Please do not contact BenQ directly, as this may delay your return.

Return Window
New BenQ products may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in their original, undamaged condition and include:
- Original packaging
- All accessories, cables, and included components
- All original documentation
Damaged or Defective Items
If your BenQ product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Garage Golf at contact@mygaragegolf.com as soon as possible. We will report the damage to BenQ immediately and determine the next steps based on their response.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email contact@mygaragegolf.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will reach out to BenQ to determine the process for issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide shipping instructions on where to send the item back.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, and include the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided.
Shipping
A pre-paid shipping label will typically be provided for eligible returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected at BenQ's facility. Once Garage Golf has been refunded for the purchase, we will in turn refund your purchase amount back to you accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Warranty Information
- Standard Warranty: Most BenQ projectors include a 3-year limited warranty, though coverage may vary by model.
- Lamp Warranty: 1 year or 2,000 hours of use, whichever comes first.
