SimBooth normally accepts returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Once 30 days have passed, SimBooth is generally unable to offer a refund or an exchange. To be eligible, the item has to be unused, in the same condition you received it in, and in its original packaging.

Please note that the 30 day window runs from the date of purchase, not from the date your order arrives. Depending on production and delivery times, that window can close before your order is delivered or shortly after it arrives. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, a return for refund may not be possible even if you have not yet received the order. An exchange may still be available if the item arrives damaged or defective, and that path is covered further down.

All SimBooth returns are handled through Garage Golf. Please do not ship anything back on your own. Contact Garage Golf at contact@mygaragegolf.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any photos or supporting documentation, and Garage Golf will submit the request to SimBooth on your behalf. SimBooth reviews every request and either approves or denies it, and that decision is entirely theirs. Garage Golf is not the deciding party and has no bearing on the outcome, though Garage Golf will advocate for you and keep you posted at every step.

If SimBooth authorizes the return, they issue a return authorization and an RMA number, and Garage Golf will pass along their shipping instructions at that point. Return shipping is paid by the customer and shipping costs are not refundable. A trackable shipping service and shipping insurance are strongly recommended, since a return that does not arrive cannot be refunded.

Once SimBooth receives and inspects the return, you will get confirmation that it arrived along with their approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are credited back to your original method of payment within 15 days. A shipping and handling deduction equal to 15% of the original cost is taken out of the refund.

Exchanges are limited to items that arrive defective or damaged, and a defective or damaged item is exchanged for the same item. If that happens with your order, email Garage Golf within 15 days of receiving it and Garage Golf will get replacement or refund instructions from SimBooth right away. It helps to inspect everything as soon as it arrives and photograph the packaging and the product before anything gets moved.
